Hanging Pendent Light
The hanging pendent light was the first piece I designed to be shown off. At the beginning of the project, I was going for a mystical theme that was inspired by a lot of magic and sorcery while mixing the aesthetic of the light itself with styles that felt more like a lantern. Admittedly, the cross combination of those two didn’t work quite as well as I was hoping, but I am proud to report that the light itself worked quite well. The open face design of the light, along with the holes for the patterns, managed to cast quite a decent amount of light. My favorite part of this project was that I managed to work in a color changing bulb that I could remotely control; it added a fun amount of flair to the project without making it feel overly showy.
